Ultimate Rattle Reel
I installed two of these reels in my Ice Castle yesterday. They are somewhat smaller in spool size than other rattle reels I own. There is still plenty of line capacity. These are very finely machined reels. They have an exceptionally nice drag on them. The only thing I would prefer to be different is the loudness of the rattle. I'm happy with my purchase.

Ultimate Rattle Reel
I ordered 4 of these on Monday afternoon. Was told they would arrive no later than Thursday morning. Bye Thursday night still no rattle reels. I called Smokey Hills and left a voicemail explaining they had not arrived. First thing Friday morning the awesome people at Smokey Hills called me back apologizing for the delay and went on to explain that there was a new delivery driver that had screwed things up. I told Drew that things happen, don’t worry about it and ship them to me when you get time. Roughly an hour later he called me back and said that Diane was leaving Park Rapids and driving to my house in St. Stephen just to make sure that we had rattle wheels for our new ice castle on our last fishing trip of the 2018 season. Because of their exceptional customer service, we were able to catch our limit of crappies during the night with the new rattle wheels.
