GOICEFISH.COM offers free shipping on orders over $59 within Spee-Dee Delivery Service zones. All other zones will be given shipping options at checkout.

How does is work?

All zones included in Spee-Dee Delivery Service can be found in the following link or at checkout.
Exclusions: Fish house ski's and tow dollys carry a flat rate of $99 shipping in the Midwest, including Minnesota,
North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska, Illinois. Items over 150 pounds need to be shipped via
pallet, contact us for shipping rates.

Shipping time: Most items will ship in 1-2 days and take anywhere from 1-3 days in transit. No Saturday or
Sunday delivery.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of
your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping
date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
If you live in the following states - Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska, Illinois. 
When selecting our Free Economy shipping option, most items will have less than 2 days shipping time and
will be shipped either USPS or Spee-Dee delivery service if you are in their shipping area.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and 
some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Shipping to Canada can be arranged.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such
item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights
will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Some items are not able to be shipped to PO Boxes, if possible please include a physical shipping address for these occasions.
We will attempt to contact you via the phone # provided on the order if we run into a problem regarding PO Box addressed orders.

We are currently unable to ship anything containing lithium batteries to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

How do I return something?

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

If you simply do not want or need the product, please ship the product back to us via any method 

you choose, the shipping cost is payed by the customer.

The refund will be issued as soon as we receive the item.

If we send you an incorrect or defective item, we will pay the shipping cost to ship the item back

and process the refund immediately.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return

shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business

days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time

it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

You have a Coupon for Free Shipping, how does that work?

Orders over $59 in SpeeDee delivery zones are Free, when we you have a coupon the minimum of $59 is waived.

Free delivery with or without coupon is subject to be in SpeeDee delivery zone.
