Skillet
Used 3x over the weekend for breakfast on my 3-burner suburban stove. It is very heavy-duty and well-built. There is no issue with quality. It works great having a large flat surface to cook and helps contain the grease/ mess. I will also add that the price is more than fair for the value of what you are purchasing.
Keep in consideration it is Heavy and can not travel on top of the stove, and will not fit in any standard kitchen cabinet. The bottom is flat and sits on the stove like any cooking pan.
Like all campers or fishhouses, storage is always an issue... something to consider.
If you like cooking on a flat top and like American-made and not worried about storing during travel. Then buy it!
