The Cipher is 2.75 x 6.5 inches and holds 17 ounces of water. The open end of the floating basket faces the end of the jar without a lip, while the foam float is oriented towards the lipped end of the jar. This orientation allows the angler to select bait at one end and refill the jar at the other, without losing bait. The heavy duty lanyard clips easily to the eyelet of the fill lid for easy transport.
